Nancy Ledbetter develops and teaches early childhood education courses at Nashville State and also online through the Regents Online Degree Program. Prior to her college teaching, Nancy had over 20 years of diverse experiences in early childhood education, serving in a variety of roles as teacher, administrator, trainer, and consultant. At Nashville State, Nancy led the way for the Associate of Applied Science Degree to earn national accreditation through NAEYC’s Early Childhood Associate Degree Accreditation system and currently serves as a peer reviewer for ECADA.
