Monica Shaw currently serves as Supervisor for Early Learning and Pre-K within the Hardeman County Schools. She is responsible for overseeing the operations and implementation of the district’s Voluntary Pre-K, Special Education Preschool and Early Intervention programs, including providing instructional support for teachers grades K-2. In this capacity, she coordinates Part B services and initial referrals, consults and collaborates with school administrators and support personnel on program mandates and requirements, and assists school administrators and instructional facilitators in monitoring curriculum standards and assessments, instructional strategies and effective instruction.
