Jeff Bay earned his Ph.D. in Statistics from North Carolina State University in 1997, the year he joined the faculty at Maryville College. Currently Bay is Professor of Statistics and Chair of the Division of Mathematics and Computer Science at Maryville. In addition to the Early Grades Math Toolkit, Bay has provided statistical consulting in biopharmaceutical research, environmental monitoring and assessment, adult education, institutional research, and professional baseball.
