Dennis Ciancio, a Research Professor at the University of Tennessee, has been investigating childhood learning and development and translating research into practical applications for teachers and students for over 15 years. An author of a research-based vocabulary program and co-author of an early reading assessment, Dr. Ciancio is currently developing a classroom-based intervention program that integrates instruction in comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills. |
