Becky Holden

Becky Holden has been a classroom teacher for 34 years. Her last eight years she taught at Battle Academy, an urban magnet school in Chattanooga, TN. She has conducted numerous professional development sessions, helped write curriculum alignment, developed curriculum standards- based plans, and presented at several National Council of Teachers of Mathematics conferences. She is National Board Certified as an Early Childhood Generalist and is the 2008 recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
